LuckyTea ships Chinese tea, gift sets, teaware, and monthly refill plans from our fulfillment partners to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Rates and free shipping
Standard shipping is $8 USD for non-members unless a different rate is shown at checkout.
Non-member tea orders of $120 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping where available.
Active LuckyTea members receive free standard shipping on separate tea purchases without the $120 threshold.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Preorder, subscription, limited harvest, and gift-set orders may have separate timing shown on the product or checkout page.
Transit and delivery
Delivery timing depends on destination, carrier capacity, customs review, weather, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking information is sent when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
International duties, taxes, and import review
International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import restrictions required by their destination country.
Cross-border tea shipments may be reviewed by customs, food safety, or agriculture authorities. LuckyTea cannot guarantee that a destination country will admit every shipment without inspection, duty, tax, delay, or document request.
For U.S. imports, FDA explains that food importers are responsible for products meeting U.S. requirements, and that food facility registration, prior notice, labeling, and Foreign Supplier Verification Program responsibilities may apply depending on the actual importer-of-record and supply chain.
USDA APHIS may regulate certain plant and plant-product imports. CBP may assess applicable duties, taxes, and fees, and HTS classification should be confirmed against the actual product, packaging, origin, and shipment facts before commercial import.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, or delayed because of destination-country import rules, we will review the case with the customer and carrier before deciding whether a refund, reshipment, or store credit is possible.
