Return and Refund Policy

Because tea is a consumable product, LuckyTea accepts returns and refunds only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

Return eligibility

We accept return or refund requests only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from the shipment.

Opened tea, used tea products, shipped subscription boxes, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable for taste preference or change of mind.

How to request help

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the affected item.

Do not send items back before we approve the request. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

Refunds and replacements

Approved claims may be resolved with a refund, replacement, store credit, or missing-item reshipment depending on the issue.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, LuckyTea covers the approved remedy and any required return instructions.

Exchanges

We do not offer general exchanges. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support and we will resolve the issue.
